The free cooking course of the GASTROTOP project has started on February 12.
With 17 participants a “free” cooking skills course was launched in Kaposvár in connection with the GASTROTOP project implemented within the framework of the INTERREG HUHR Cross-Border Cooperation Program on last Saturday. Eating trends and habits have changed significantly in recent years. This training opprtunities are organized for five weeeknds occasions for caterers and all those who are interested in free cooking by different reasons. In the theoretical part, the concepts related to various eating disorders and the practice shows how it is possible to prepare meals in a gluten-, milk- or sugar-free version.
